Services
Neat Niqi provides professional home organising, decluttering and maintenance services. Specific deliverables for each session are agreed upon in advance.
Bookings & cancellations
Sessions are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed in writing. Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment
Payment terms and rates are confirmed in your booking quote. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
Decisions about your belongings
All final decisions about discarding, donating or keeping items belong to you, the client. Neat Niqi will only guide and support — never remove items without your consent.
Liability
We work with care, but Neat Niqi is not responsible for accidental damage to items in poor condition or for valuables that have not been disclosed in advance.
Confidentiality
Everything we see in your home stays private. Photos are only shared publicly with your permission.
